What you need to list

• Clear photos of every room (minimum 6 images)
• A valid means of identification (NIN or passport)
• Proof of ownership or management rights for the property
• Your Paystack-linked bank account for payouts
• A working phone number for guest communication

Verification steps

After submitting your listing, our team reviews your photos and documentation within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when your listing is approved and live. First-time hosts also go through a brief onboarding call with our host success team to ensure everything is set up correctly.

How to list

Navigate to your Host Dashboard and click "Add New Listing." Walk through the step-by-step form covering property details, amenities, pricing, availability, and house rules. You can save as draft and return at any time before submitting for review.
